4-Day Safari to Manyara-Serengeti-Ngorongoro
A four-day journey will take you to Tanzania’s three most well-known parks, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Manyara. The first night of this wonderful tour will be spent in Mto wa Mbu and the second night will be spent in the Serengeti National Park and final night will be spent at Ngorongoro Crater. You’ll have plenty of time to soak in the magnificent environment and flourishing wildlife on game drives around the parks.
The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest uninterrupted caldera and one of Africa’s natural wonders. The crater is home to about 30,000 large resident mammals (such as buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos) and many varieties of birds (such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards. Keep your camera ready and be ready to see many animals within a short time!
The Serengeti National Park has accommodations located in five specific migration focused areas as noted below. The park also has various seasonal mobile accommodations located in distinct areas of the park that tracks the wildebeest migration movement. Day to Day Activities
Day 1: Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park
Our guide will pick you up from any point in Arusha town. You will then travel to Lake Manyara National Park. This day will include viewing Lake Manyara from a great vantage point, getting up close and personal with elephants in the forests, and visiting the famous Manyara Hippo Pool. The park offers stunning views of the 400-meter-deep Great Rift Valley. After the game drive, enjoy camping accommodations and a delicious meal.
Day 2: Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park
The fascinating sounds of Africa will awaken you. By starting early in the morning with your picnic lunch and traveling to the Serengeti for a spectacular afternoon of wildlife viewing, you will make the most of your day. In all of Africa, the Serengeti offers one of the most exceptional possibilities for observing wildlife and getting up close to the animals. Along with several buffalo herds, smaller elephant herds, and elephants and giraffes, you’ll witness thousands of elands, topis, kongonis, impalas, and Grant’s gazelles. Later go to your reserved lodging for supper and your overnight stay.
Day 3: Serengeti National Park
The Serengeti’s morning game drive on day 3 will take you to a place where animals flourish in the frigid hours. Observe the breathtaking Serengeti scenery drenched in the morning’s golden light. At the lodge, savor breakfast while taking in the scenery from the deck. Then set out on another wildlife drive in the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, which is home to vast expanses of green grass and elephant herds. The crater’s view from the rim is incredibly energizing. Enjoy a delicious dinner while spending the evening in plush tents on the crater rim, surrounded by nature. After arriving at your lodging location, you will have supper and spend the night.
Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater
You will grab your picnic meals after savoring a fantastic breakfast. One of the Seven Wonders of Africa that you will see is the Ngorongoro Crater, which was created two million years ago when a huge volcano erupted. Due to the unusual ecosystem that the rich lava has created, the crater boasts the highest concentration of species in all of Africa. After a lovely day in Ngorongoro Crater, our driver/guide will drop you off in Arusha.

Main access gate for the Western Corridor area; approximately a 1.5 hours drive from Mwanza and 145 kilometers from Seronera. Gate is open between 06h00 and 18h00 daily but please note that last entry is at 16h00.

Short answer: no. Public restroom facilities are few and far between within national parks. If the call of nature hits while you’re out on safari and you can’t hold it until you get back to camp, you’ll be paying a stop to the bush toilet.
