The crater is home to about 30,000 large resident mammals (such as buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos) and many varieties of birds (such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards. Keep your camera ready and be ready to see many animals within a short time!
The Serengeti National Park has accommodations located in five specific migration focused areas as noted below. Program of the Day: Today, wake up early, then after breakfast enjoys a fantastic morning game drive in Serengeti National Park. Later in the afternoon, depart to Ngorongoro for Relaxation, Dinner and an overnight stay at the accommodation located on the Ngorongoro Crater Rim. This will give you a wonderful chance to descend down the crater early morning on the following day where you will be able to spot different animal species when they are still active.
Program of the Day: After breakfast, we descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for game drives. Once we finish the game drives, we will transfer you to Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Where we end the safari.
